High-Strength Components:
Critical load-bearing parts—such as the gears and racks—are manufactured using 42CrMo alloy steel treated via a quenching process. Compared to standard carbon steel, this material offers superior strength; it resists deformation and tooth chipping under heavy loads, ensuring a significantly longer service life.
Dual-Pawl Self-Locking Mechanism:
This mechanism comes with a dual-pawl structure; the upper pawl locks to prevent slippage during lifting, and the lower pawl stops sudden falls when lowering, allowing the load to stop at any desired position and effectively eliminating accidental drop risks.
Mechanical Structure:
Featuring a fully mechanical design, this product does not require hydraulic fluid like hydraulic jacks, thus removing all oil leakage hazards; it remains stable and reliable in both high and low temperature working environments.
A carrying handle is integrated on the side of the body for easy movement and relocation, making the jack ideal for job sites, workshops and other working environments where frequent position adjustment is required.
The operating handle features a detachable design. After use, it can be removed to reduce space occupation, greatly simplifying storage and transportation.
A claw is fitted under the base, allowing the jack to perform lifting smoothly even in narrow spaces with extremely low clearance.
